摘要
介绍了一种以无线网络为核心的煤矿环境监控系统。系统通信网络采用无线网络联合串口组成的异构分布式通信网络,以适用于不同场景。监测内容包括井下作业现场的温度、皮带撕裂情况、气体压力、煤位水平、皮带位置、电机振动情况、烟雾浓度等信息,通过这些监测数据的分析与计算,判断井下作业环境是否符合要求,对煤矿井下作业活动的开展具有重要意义。
This paper introduces a coal mine environmental monitoring system based on wireless network.The system communication network is a heterogeneous distributed communication network composed of wireless network and serial port,which is suitable for different scenarios.The detection content includes the temperature,belt tear,gas pressure,coal level,belt position,motor vibration,smoke concentration and other information of the underground operation site.Through the analysis and calculation of these monitoring data,the underground operation environment can be judged to meet the requirements,which is of great significance for the development of underground operation activities in coal mines.
