摘要
由于加强裂化工艺的芳烃饱和、选择性断环及烃类异构化性能,能够生产出较为优质的航煤组分,从而增加生产装置及使用装置的实际应用价值,达到提高生产效益和降低的成本投入的经济效益。因此,分析了高比例环烷基蜡油加氢裂化装置的优化及经济性评估,重点对该装置的优化内容进行较为详细的阐述,并通过分析该装置生产的航煤影响,对其进行经济性评估。
Due to the enhanced aromatic saturation,selective ring-breaking and hydrocarbon isomerisation properties of the cracking process,it is possible to produce higher-quality jet fuel components,which increases the practical application value of the production and use units,and achieves the economic benefits of increased production efficiency and reduced cost input.Therefore,the optimisation and economic evaluation of high proportion naphthenic wax oil hydrocracking unit focuses on the optimisation of the unit in detail,and the economic evaluation of the unit by analysing the impact of the aircraft coal produced by the unit.
