Method and Application of Economic Evaluation of Wind Farm Project"Replacing Small with Big"

结合老旧风电场改造升级项目经济评价中常见的问题与难点,探讨了风电场“以大代小”项目经济评价的方法,针对可能存在的可再生能源补贴获取情况、原项目债务、技改时间点选择等影响因素,采用增量法与总量法相结合的方法,全面分析项目经济性,并通过案例分析进行验证。最后,提出了优化项目经济性的建议,旨在为同类型项目的经济评价和投资决策提供参考。

Combined with the analysis of common problems and difficulties in the economic evaluation of old wind farm renovation and upgrading projects,this paper discusses the economic evaluation method of wind farm"replacing small with large"projects.In view of the possible influencing factors such as the acquisition of renewable energy subsidies,the original project debt,and the selection of technical transformation time point,the incremental method and the total amount method are adopted to comprehensively analyze the project economy.It is verified by case analysis.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the economy of the project,aiming at providing reference for the economic evaluation and investment decision of the same type of project.
