尿素水解器泄漏导致汽水系统污染事故分析

摘要 某热电机组启动过程中发生尿素水解器加热盘管泄漏,主要原因是尿素质量不合格,尿素水解液中存在氯化钠腐蚀水解器加热盘管并导致断裂,尿素溶液通过疏水回收进入机组汽水系统,致使汽水污染,最终使得炉右前屏过热器泄漏,经调度同意1号机停运消缺。 A thermoelectric unit start-up process occurred in the urea hydrolyser heating coil leakage,the main reason is that the quality of urea is substandard,urea hydrolysate in the presence of sodium chloride corrosion of the hydrolyser heating coil and lead to fracture,urea solution through the hydrophobic recovery into the unit of the steam system,resulting in steam contamination,and ultimately make the furnace leakage of the right front screen superheater,agreed by the scheduling of the No.1 machine shutdown decontamination.
