作为中国共产党推进理论创新最鲜明的底色,坚持人民至上必然融入且贯穿马克思主义中国化时代化的全过程,使中国化时代化的马克思主义有着更为坚实的历史基础和群众基础。从马克思主义本体论看,作为历史创造者的人民是认识世界和改造世界的实践主体以及变革社会的根本力量;从马克思主义认识论看,人民的创造性实践是马克思主义政党不断推进理论创新、开辟理论新境界的不竭源泉;从马克思主义的价值论看,实现全体人民共同富裕是科学社会主义的本质要求与价值归宿。推进马克思主义中国化时代化,离不开对马克思主义方法论的探索与创新,同时必须尊重人民的主体地位和首创精神,从人民的创造中汲取理论智慧,着力解决人民所需所急所盼,切实增强理论创新的针对性和实效性,依靠广大人民的磅礴力量在新时代新征程上不断书写马克思主义中国化的崭新篇章。

Adhering to the principle of putting people first serves as the most distinct foundation for the Communist Party of China in advancing theoretical innovation,inherently integrating and permeat⁃ing the whole-process Sinicization and Modernization of Marxism.This gives Marxism in China a more solid historical and popular foundation.From the perspective of Marxist ontology,the people,as the creators of history,are the practical subject who understands and transforms the world and is the fundamental force in social change.From the perspective of Marxist epistemology,the creative practice of the people is the inexhaustible source for a Marxist party to continuously promote theoreti⁃cal innovation and explore new theoretical realms.From the perspective of Marxist axiology,achieving common prosperity for all people is the essential requirement and ultimate value goal of scientific so⁃cialism.Promoting the Sinicization and Modernization of Marxism requires the exploration and innova⁃tion of Marxist methodology.It is equally essential to respect the principal position and pioneering spirit of the people,draw theoretical wisdom from the people’s creativity,focus on addressing the needs and expectations of the people,and effectively enhance the relevance and effectiveness of theo⁃retical innovation,thus,relying on the immense strength of the people,to continuously write new chapters in the Sinicization of Marxism in the new era and on the new journey.
