Practice and Reflection on the Management of Technical Contracts in Universities

为讨论高校技术合同管理中存在的问题及应对策略,明确技术合同的类型及技术开发、技术转让、技术许可、技术咨询、技术服务5大类技术合同的基本概念。以某纺织类院校为例,阐述目前高校技术合同管理中存在制度不健全、管理不规范等普遍问题;从制度建设、人员素质提升、信息化建设、风险防控、法律风险防范等方面给出建议和意见。结果表明,高校应进一步加强技术合同管理的重视程度,完善管理流程,提升管理人员的专业素养,以推动高校科技创新和技术转移工作的健康发展。

It aims to discuss the problems and corresponding strategies in the management of technology contracts in universitics The types of technology contracts and the basic concepts of five categories of technology contracts:technology development,technolo gy transfer,technology licensing,technology consulting and technology services were clarified.Taking a certain textile university as an example,the prevailing problems in the current management of technology contracts in universities were described,such as incom plete systems and non-standard management.,Suggestions and opinions were given in terms of system construction,personnel quality improvement,informationization construction,risk prevention and legal risk prevention.The importance of technology contract man agement in universities should be further strengthened,the management process should be improved,while the professional ability o managers should be enhanced in order to promote the healthy development of scientific and technological ipnovation and technology transfer in uoiersities.
