摘要
通常在浇注料中通过添加氧化铝微粉来提高材料的致密度及高温性能。本文为对比添加不同种类氧化铝微粉对钢包浇注料性能的影响,以高铝骨料、刚玉、镁砂、硅微粉为主要原材料,分别添加5种不同种类的氧化铝微粉,加水搅拌后振动成型,加水量以保证物料足够施工流动性为宜,对比加入不同种类氧化铝微粉对浇注料的致密度、抗折强度、耐压强度及抗渣侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,相比其他种类氧化铝微粉,添加AMA-20氧化铝微粉的浇注料具有最佳的综合性能。
Alumina micro-powder is often added to improve the density and high-temperature resistance of castables.To compare the effects of different types of alumina micro-powders on the performance of ladle castables,this article uses high aluminum aggregate,corundum,magnesia,and silica micropowder as the main raw materials,with five different types of alumina added separately.After mixing them with water(the amount of water added shall be appropriate to ensure sufficient construction fluidity of the material)and vibrating,the effects of adding different types of alumina micropowders on the density,flexural strength,compressive strength,and slag erosion resistance of the castables are compared.The results indicate that,as compared to other types of alumina,the castable with AMA-20 alumina added has the best comprehensive performance.
