摘要
研究了添加铁铝尖晶石对镁白云石耐火材料物相结构和性能的影响。结果表明:铁铝尖晶石通过调节显微结构提高了材料的抗水化性和力学性能;铁铝尖晶石与游离氧化钙反应生成铁铝酸钙,形成链状结构包围氧化镁和游离氧化钙颗粒,降低了氢氧化钙颗粒形成过程的体积膨胀;与传统镁白云石耐火材料相比,含铁铝尖晶石的耐火材料机械强度提高了35%,硬度提高了50%。
The effect of hercynite on the phase structure and properties of magnesio-dolomite refractory materials was studied.The results showed that the hercynite improved the material's hydration resistance and mechanical properties by adjusting its microstructure;the calcium ferramenta's generated from the reaction between hercynite and free calcium oxide can form a chain-like structure enclosing magnesium oxide and free calcium oxide particles,reducing the volume expansion during the formation of calcium hydroxide particles;compared with traditional magnesio-dolomite refractory,the mechanical strength of refractory materials containing hercynite was improved by 35%,and its hardness was increased by 50%.
