摘要
为评估大棚栽培条件下8个淮科青萝卜品系(编号1~8号)的生长状况,测定了各品系紫芽青萝卜的主要农艺性状、光合参数及其可溶性糖含量,并对各项指标进行差异显著性及相关性分析,以期筛选出综合性状较为优良的紫芽青萝卜品种。结果表明:参试的紫芽青萝卜肉质根重范围为167.63~286.65 g,其中3号最重,同时3号根重/叶重为5.01,显著高于其他品系;在净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度3个光合参数中,1号显著高于其他品系,其次为3号和8号;3、6号的可溶性糖含量较高,分别为225.44 mg/g和227.19 mg/g;相关性分析表明净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度以及可溶性糖含量与肉质根重指标密切相关。综上,筛选出1、3、8号作为高产型紫芽青萝卜种质资源,3、6号作为高品质型紫芽青萝卜种质资源。
In order to evaluate the growth status of 8 lines of‘Huaikeqing’radish(No.1-No.8)under greenhouse cultivation,the main agronomic traits,photosynthetic parameters and soluble sugar content of each lines of‘Ziyaqing’radish were determined,and the difference significance analysis and correlation analysis of each index were carried out,in order to screen out the varieties of‘Ziyaqing’with better comprehensive characteristics,The results showed that the fleshy root weight of the tested‘Ziyaqing’ranged from 167.63 to 286.65 g,of which‘No.3’was the most significant.The ratio of root weight to leaf weight of‘No.3’was 5.01,which was significantly higher than that of other lines.Among photosynthetic parameters,net photosynthetic rate of‘No.1’,transpiration rate of‘No.3’and stomatal conductance of‘No.8’were the highest.The soluble sugar content of‘No.3’and‘No.6’was 225.44 mg/g and 227.19 mg/g,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and soluble sugar content were closely related with root weight index of meat quality.In conclusion,‘No.1’‘No.3’and‘No.8’can be used as high-yield germplasm resources,and‘No.3’and‘No.6’can be used as high-quality germplasm resources.
