高校青年科技人才培养与发展策略研究

摘要 高校青年科技人才是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,做好高校青年科技人才的培养与发展工作对提升国家科技创新能力具有重要意义。文章探讨了高校青年科技人才的发展现状以及影响高校青年科技人才发展的关键因素,从个人、高校、政府三个层面提出人才应主动提升个人创新创业能力、高校应帮助青年科技人才快速成长、政府应完善青年科技人才支持政策的对策建议,以提升高校青年科技人才培养与发展实效。 The young scientific and technological talents in universities are an important component of the national innovation system,and their cultivation and development are of great significance for improving the national scientific and technological innovation capability.This paper discusses the current development status of young scientific and technological talents in universities and the key factors that affect their development,and from the perspectives of individuals,universities,and the government,it is proposed that talents should actively enhance their personal innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,universities should help young scientific and technological talents grow rapidly,and the government should improve policies to support young scientific and technological talents,in order to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating and developing young scientific and technological talents in universities.
