新文科背景下复合型应用型外语人才培养的内涵与路径

摘要 本研究基于全球化日益加深的背景,探讨了复合型应用型外语人才的培养策略。针对传统外语教育方法的局限性,提出引入全景式外语教育理念,将语言学习与多维度知识相融合。研究过程着重于构建动态化课程体系、实施交互式教学方法,以及强化沉浸式实践体验等方面。研究结论表明,这些创新性的教育理念和方法有助于培养具备全球视野和战略思维的复合型应用型外语人才,对提升国家整体外语教育水平和人才国际交流能力具有重要意义。 This study explores the cultivation strategies for compound applied foreign language talents in the context of deepening globalization.In response to the limitations of traditional foreign language education methods,it is proposed to introduce the concept of panoramic foreign language education,integrating language learning with multidimensional knowledge.The research process focuses on building a dynamic curriculum system,implementing interactive teaching methods,and enhancing immersive practical experiences.The research findings indicate that these innovative educational concepts and methods contribute to the cultivation of composite applied foreign language talents with a global perspective and strategic thinking,which is of great significance for improving the overall level of foreign language education and international communication capabilities of the country.
