费曼学习法在精神科理论教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨费曼学习法在精神科理论教学中应用的效果和满意度。方法:采用费曼学习法和传统教学法对临床医学本科生讲授《精神病学》(第8版)第二章精神障碍的症状学,通过测验和自评调查问卷评价两组教学效果的差异和对新的教学方法的满意度。结果:在第1次测验成绩相当的情况下,研究组学生的第2次测验成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。而且研究组对费曼学习法的满意度明显高于对照组。结论:费曼学习法应用于精神科理论教学能够明显提高学生的学习成绩,并受到学生的高度认可,值得进一步推广。 Background To explore the effectiveness and satisfaction of the Feynman learning method applied in teaching psychiatric theory.Methods Clinical medical undergraduates were taught Chapter 2 of Psychiatry(8th edition),Symptomatology of Mental Disorders,using the Feynman learning method and the conventional teaching method.The differences in the effectiveness of the teaching and the satisfaction with the new teaching method between the two groups were assessed using quizzes and self-assessment questionnaires.Results The students in the study group scored similarly on the first quiz but much better on the second quiz than the students in the control group,with the differences being statistically significant.Additionally,compared to the control group,the study group expressed much greater satisfaction with the Feynman learning method.Conclusion The Feynman learning method applied to psychiatric theory teaching can significantly improve learning performance and is highly recognized by students,which is worth further promotion.
