焦点解决模式有清楚的、结构化的流程、步骤与技巧,是一种适合在大学生中开展的心理辅导技术。文章将该模式应用到网络成瘾学生的心理辅导中,对焦点解决模式和辅导员工作的结合进行了初步尝试,从大学生的心理特点和成长需求出发,合理应用焦点解决模式技巧,将工作过程细分为五个阶段,详细阐释了每个阶段的工作目标和工作内容,构建出一套简便易行的心理辅导模式,较好地弥补了辅导员专业水平的不足,适合在高校思想政治工作中广泛应用。

The focus solving model has clear and structured processes,steps,and techniques,and is a suitable psychological counseling technique for college students.This article applies this model to the psychological counseling of internet addicted students,and makes a preliminary attempt to combine the focus solution model with counselor work.Starting from the psychological characteristics and growth needs of college students,the focus solution model skis are reasonably applied,and the work process is divided into five stages.The work goals and content of each stage are explained in detail,and a simple and feasible psychological counseling model is constructed,which effectively compensates for the lack of professional level of counselors and is suitable for wide application in ideological and political work in universities.
