摘要
本文以交通强国国家战略为驱动,结合地方交通需求和专业培养目标,探讨了全周期阶梯式培养的“大思政课”体系内涵。以大学生全周期培养的视角,探析职业类院校路桥工程专业群大学生的阶梯性特征,从课堂教学体系、实践教学模式、课堂外育人环境和多维评价体系等4个方面进行讨论和探索,构建了目标明确、内容完善、运行合理、实施高效的贯穿全培养周期的“大思政课”体系,为交通运输类专业群课程思政的阶梯式推进提供理论借鉴。
The study,driven by the national strategy of a country with strong transportation network,combining with local transportation needs and professional training aim,probed into the connotation of“great ideological and political course”system for the full training cycle.From the perspective of full-cycle training of college students,it analyzed the step characteristics of college students majoring in road and bridge engineering in vocational colleges,explored four aspects of classroom teaching system,practical teaching mode,education environment outside the classroom and multi-dimensional rating system,built a great ideological and political course system with clear goals,complete contents,reasonable operation and efficient implementation throughout the full training cycle.It provided a theoretical reference for the stepwise promotion of ideological and political courses for transportation professional group.
