新质生产力驱动下职业本科人才创新培养研究

摘要 本科层次职业教育作为高等职业教育体系中的重要组成部分,肩负着培养适应新质生产力需求的高层次技术技能人才的重任。文章通过挖掘新质生产力的内涵、特征与人才培养要求,分析与当前职业本科经管类专业人才培养存在的不适应和不匹配问题,从人才培养定位、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设及产教融合等方面提出优化策略与实施路径,以期为新质生产力发展提供有力人才支撑。 As an important part of the higher vocational education system,vocational education at the undergraduate level shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-level technical and skilled personnel who meet the needs of new quality productive forces.This paper,through excavating the connotations,characteristics and talents training requirements of new quality productive forces,analyzes the existing problems of inadequacies and mismatches in the training of vocational undergraduate economics and management professionals,and proposes the optimization strategy and implementation path from the orientation of talents training,curriculum system construction,faculty construction and integration of industry with education,in order to provide strong talent support for the development of new quality productive forces.
