摘要
结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率位居恶性肿瘤谱前列,因此探索有效的诊断工具和治疗策略具有重要的临床意义。结直肠癌的发生发展与多种炎症因素存在关联,因而结直肠癌相关炎症标志物和抗炎治疗的研究受到较多的关注。本文基于近年来多个潜在的炎症标志物在结直肠癌疾病诊断、预后预测方面的研究报道和结直肠癌抗炎治疗相关的研究报道作一综述,并简要探讨炎症标志物在结直肠癌相关的临床应用中的局限性和未来的研究方向。
The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer(CRC)rank top in the spectrum of malignant tumors.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to explore effective diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies.The occurrence and development of CRC are intricately linked with various inflammatory factors,thereby attracting substantial attention to research related to inflammatory markers and anti-inflammatory therapies.This review summarizes recent studies on multiple potential inflammatory markers in CRC diagnosis and prognosis prediction,as well as investigations into antiinflammatory therapies for CRC.Furthermore,we briefly discuss the limitations of inflammatory markers in CRC-related clinical applications and suggest future research directions.
