体教融合促进青少年体质健康的困境与进路

The Dilemma and Approach of Integrating Physical Education to Promote Adolescent Physical Health

党的二十大为我国青少年健康促进指明了新方向、赋予了新使命、提出了新挑战。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,在体教融合视角下,直击青少年健康促进领域的“痛点”“难点”,促进青少年健康治理精准化发展。研究认为,我国青少年健康促进的实然困境体现在:青少年身体健康促进政策软化,地区资源壁垒高耸,联动机制失衡,评价体系失效等阻碍青少年健康促进。基于此,提出体教融合背景下青少年健康促进的应然进路:以完善政策配套体系为关键,健全机制,制定法规;以整合社会资源为抓手,强化部门监督力度;以打造多元联动动力引擎为突破口,推动健康促进一体化进程;以完善考核评价体系为导向,树立健康的价值取向。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out the new direction,entrusts with the new mission and puts forward the new challenge for the health promotion of our country’s youth.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,and from the perspective of integration of physical education and education,the“Pain point”and“Difficulty point”in the field of adolescent health promotion are directly attacked to promote the accurate development of adolescent health governance.The results show that the difficulties of health promotion for adolescents in our country are as follows:the policy of health promotion for adolescents has been softened,the regional resource barrier is high,the linkage mechanism is out of balance,the evaluation system is invalid and so on.Based on this,this paper puts forward the necessary approaches to the health promotion of adolescents under the background of the integration of sports and education:to perfect the policy supporting system as the key,to perfect the mechanism,to make laws and regulations;To create a multi-dynamic engine as a breakthrough to promote the integration of Kang promotion,to improve the assessment system-oriented,set up a healthy value orientation.
