摘要
在研究生培养中,产学研用模式可以有效地提升研究生的知识创新能力和社会适应能力。文章从产学研用协同机制出发,分析了研究生创新培养的基本方法和几类常见策略。对学术研究生的特点和培养过程中遇到的问题进行了分析,从加强思政建设、加强课程建设、分解研究课题、组建研究团队、深化校企合作五个方面介绍了课题组在研究生协同培养模式下的实践探索,旨在提升学术研究生的实践创新能力。
In graduate education,the industry-academia-research-application model can effectively enhance the research and innovation capabilities as well as the societal adaptability of graduate students.This paper starts from the perspective of the collaborative mechanism of industry-academia-research-application and analyzes the basic methods and several common strategies for cultivating innovative abilities in graduate students.It examines the characteristics and challenges in academic graduate education and presents practical explorations in five aspects within the collaborative training model for graduate students.The aim is to enhance their practical and innovative abilities of the academic graduates.
