刍议急危重症护理学教学中的素质教育渗透

摘要 本研究旨在探究在急危重症护理学教学中如何有效渗透素质教育,并分析其效果。通过文献回顾、实地观察和深度访谈,本研究分析了当前急危重症护理学专业的教学现状,并探讨了素质教育在该领域的重要性。随后,提出了针对性的素质教育渗透策略,通过渗透素质教育可显著提高学生的综合素质和临床应对能力。本研究为急危重症护理学教学的改革与发展提供了有益参考。 This study aims to explore how to effectively integrate quality education into the teaching of critical care nursing,and analyze its effectiveness.Through literature review,field observation,and in-depth interviews,this study analyzed the current teaching status of critical care nursing major and explored the importance of quality education in this field.Subsequently,targeted strategies for infiltrating quality education were proposed,which can significantly improve students'comprehensive quality and clinical coping abilities.This study provides useful references for the reform and development of teaching in critical care nursing.
