摘要
信息化时代,混合式教学模式为工程项目管理课程带来了新的发展机遇。文章通过研究该模式在应用中所面临的技术、教师角色、学生学习动力及教学评价等方面的挑战,提出了针对性的改革策略。文章强调构建技术与教学资源并重的体系、推动教师深层次变革、激发学生内在动力与提升自主管理能力以及建立全面动态的教学评价体系,旨在优化教学效果,培养适应行业需求的工程项目管理人才。该研究对于提升混合式教学模式在工程项目管理课程中的应用效果具有重要意义,为教育领域的创新发展提供了新的思路和方向。
In the era of informatization,the blended learning model has brought new development opportunities for engineering project management courses.The article proposes targeted reform strategies by studying the challenges faced by this model in terms of technology,teacher roles,student learning motivation,and teaching evaluation.The article emphasizes the construction of a system that emphasizes both technology and teaching resources,promotes deep level transformation of teachers,stimulates students'intrinsic motivation and enhances their self-management ability,and establishes a comprehensive and dynamic teaching evaluation system,aiming to optimize teaching effectiveness and cultivate engineering project management talents that meet industry needs.This study is of great significance for improving the application effect of blended learning mode in engineering project management courses,and provides new ideas and directions for innovative development in the field of education.
