摘要
特岗教师是社会教育事业发展的重要支持,尤其是中西部地区,义务教育阶段应做好该群体的综合管理。文章首先概述特岗教师心理资本和离职倾向的定义,在此基础上,分析其心理资本和离职倾向的现状、问题,最后分别探讨提升特岗教师心理资本的建议、离职倾向的应对方法,以提升特岗教师的工作稳定性、积极性,为义务教育阶段教育事业的发展提供少许参考。
Special post teachers are an important support for the development of social education,especially in the central and western regions.Comprehensive management of this group should be done well during the compulsory education stage.The article first outlines the definitions of psychological capital and turnover intention of special post teachers.Based on this,it analyzes the current situation and problems of their psychological capital and turnover intention,Finally,it explores suggestions for improving the psychological capital of special post teachers and coping methods for turnover intention,in order to enhance their job stability and enthusiasm,and provide some reference for the development of compulsory education.
