高职毕业生就业意向影响因素调查研究--以广东省职教城为例

A Study on the Factors Influencing Employment Intention of Vocational College Graduates——Taking Guangdong Vocational Education City as an Example

本研究以“高职毕业生就业意向影响因素分析”为主线,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,从多视角、多维度对广东省清远市职教城的4所高职院校的毕业生开展调研,研究高职毕业生就业意向影响因素作用于就业意愿的机理。研究发现,高职毕业生在就业形势、就业政策和就业准备方面存在不足,个人因素、学校因素、家庭因素、就业单位、社会因素对高职毕业生的就业意向都有显著性影响。

This study focuses on the analysis of factors influencing the employment intention of vocational college graduates.Through literature review,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics,a survey was conducted from multiple perspectives and dimensions on graduates from four vocational colleges in Qingyuan Vocational Education City,Guangdong Province.The study investigated the mechanism of the impact of factors on the employment intention of vocational college graduates.Research has found that vocational college graduates have shortcomings in employment situation,employment policies,and employment preparation.Personal factors,school factors,family factors,employment units,and social factors all have a significant impact on the employment intention of vocational college graduates.
