Governmental Empowerment,International Cooperation and High-quality Development of Overseas Enterprises

高水平对外开放不仅是中国经济持续快速发展的重要动力,同时也是推进企业高质量发展的不竭源泉。然而,当前国际政治、经济格局存在高度不确定性,出海企业在国际化过程中面临重重阻碍。对此,政府、企业应通力合作,共同推进企业高质量发展。政府应从制度、市场、技术三个维度入手,通过结构赋能、心理赋能、要素赋能助力出海企业实现高质量发展,实现与世界经济的互联互通,构建人类命运共同体。而企业应在此基础上,重视并充分利用好国际合作网络,强化政府的赋能作用。

The high-standard opening up policy ensures not only the sustained economic development of China but also acts as a perpetual stimulus to promote high-quality development of Chinese enterprises.While the international landscape of politics and economy remains in high uncertainty,Chinese enterprises are experiencing great difficulties in striving for going-global.Thus,the government and enterprises should cooperate closely in promoting their high-quality development.To achieve this,the government should empower enterprises in institutional,market and technological dimensions,with structural empowerment,psychological empowerment and the empowerment of production factors.The government could help the enterprises in realising high-quality development in the process of its globalisation,so as to channel the world economy and to build a community with a shared future for mankind.Chinese enterprises should fully take advantage of international cooperation networks and strengthen abilities resulting from government empowerment.
