摘要
熔铝炉是铝合金熔炼必不可少的设备,也是能源消耗的主要设备。通过对目前市场上常见熔铝炉的熔化室和预热料塔结构进行对比,分析其结构对单位能耗、氧化烧损的影响,并给出合理化建议。
Aluminum smelting furnace is an indispensable equipment for aluminum alloy smelting,and it is also the main equipment for energy consumption.This paper mainly compares the structure of melting chamber and preheating tower of aluminum melting furnace in the market,analyzes the influence of its structure on unit energy consumption and oxidation burning loss,and gives reasonable suggestions.
