摘要
为开展杭州上塘河流域洪涝治理研究,采用MIKE11一维水动力模型,构建适合上塘河流域的防洪水利计算模型,模拟不同设计工况下上塘河流域的排涝情况,制定合理的上塘河流域洪涝治理方案。针对所提出的洪涝治理方案进行洪水模拟分析,结果表明:当5个工程治理方案结合1个非工程措施(河网预泄水位为3.0 m)实施后,杭州上塘河流域排涝能力增强,最高洪水位显著下降,基本能满足城市50 a一遇排涝标准。
In order to study the flood control methods in the Shangtang River Basin of Hangzhou,this paper utilizes the MIKE11 one-dimensional hydrodynamic method to construct the numerical models suitable for the Basin,simulates its drainage situation under different design conditions,and proposes a reasonable flood control plan.The simulation analysis is carried out for the proposed flood control plan.The results show that when five engineering control measures are implemented in combination with one non-engineering measure(the pre-discharge water level of the river network is set to 3.0 m),the drainage capacity of the Basin will be enhanced,and the maximum flood level will decrease significantly,which basically meet the city’s 50-year flood prevention standard.
