摘要
“公平而有质量”的教育是我国教育现代化的重要目标之一,一系列相关文件的密集出台充分体现了党和国家推动学前融合教育的决心和意志,发展高质量的学前融合教育已成为我国学前教育工作的核心任务之一。我国学前融合教育高质量呈现更加积极的政策、更加广泛的包容、更加切实的支持、更加科学的保教等基本特征,新时代应通过加强顶层设计、加大宣传力度、强化师资培养、完善支持体系以探索出适合我国国情的学前融合教育高质量发展模式,让更多的特殊儿童平等地接受高品质学前教育,促使特殊儿童和普通儿童在学习、互动、合作中共同成长,达到真正的融合。
“Equitable and high-quality”education is one of the important goals of China’s education modernization.The intensive introduction of a series of related documents fully reflects the determination and will of the Party and the country to promote preschool integrated education.The development of high-quality preschool integrated education has become one of the core tasks of preschool education in China.High-quality preschool integrated education in China presents more positive policies,more extensive inclusiveness,more substantial support,and science-based characteristics of education and care.In the new era,it is necessary to explore a high-quality development model of preschool integrated education that suits China’s national conditions by strengthening top-level design,intensifying publicity efforts,enhancing teacher training,and improving support systems.This aims to enable more special children to have access to high-quality preschool education equally,promote mutual growth between special children and ordinary ones in learning,interaction,and cooperation,achieving true integration.
