中国式体育现代化的演进历程及实施策略

The evolution course and implementation strategy of Chinese style sports modernization

运用文献资料法,对中国式体育现代化的演进历程、主要内涵及实施策略进行分析。结果显示:中国式体育现代化经历了奠定期、开创期、实现期三个阶段。中国式体育现代化内涵是协调体育全要素资源配置的现代化,是人民广泛参与体育事业的现代化,是满足人民美好体育生活的现代化,是践行体育和平发展道路的现代化。据此提出以下实施策略:坚持统筹推进,为中国式体育现代化提供行动指南;坚持类型定位,为中国式体育现代化提供内生动力;坚持服务发展,为中国式体育现代化提供坚实基础;坚持开放包容,为中国式体育现代化营造良好环境。

By using the method of literature,this paper analyzes the evolution course,main connotation and implementation strategy of Chinese sports modernization.The results show that the modernization of Chinese sports has gone through three stages:the foundation period,the opening period and the realization period.The Chinesestyle sports modernization is the modernization of coordinating the allocation of all elements of sports resources,the modernization of the people’s extensive participation in sports,the modernization of satisfying the people’s beautiful sports life,and the modernization of practicing the road of peaceful development of sports.According to this,the development path is put forward:insist on overall promotion,provide action guide for Chinese style sports modernization;Adhere to the type orientation to provide internal impetus for the modernization of Chinese sports;Adhere to service development to provide a solid foundation for the modernization of Chinese sports;Adhere to openness and inclusiveness,and create a good environment for the modernization of Chinese sports.
