摘要
数字时代的到来对社会发展产生了重大影响。ChatGPT作为数字时代的最新劳动工具,它展现出了非凡的机器智能水平和工具劳动价值,对于推动数字时代的劳动教育理念变革和方法创新,重塑数字时代劳动教育的底层逻辑和运行思维都有重要作用。在重塑数字时代劳动教育理念方面,我们不仅要关注“不会劳动”的技能问题,更要关注“不想劳动”的劳动态度问题;不仅要强调“身心手脑”的实践教育,更要注重“劳动幸福”的理念教育;不仅要加强“人机协作”的劳动合作教育,更要深化“人机共生”的劳动生态教育。在方法运用上面,要不断增强ChatGPT的大数据技术和虚拟、增强、混合现实技术在数字时代劳动教育关键环节中的协调并用。在路径优化方面,要强化劳动教育的教育性,加强数字时代劳动情感和价值认同教育,提升数字时代劳动教育的数智化水平。
The advent of the digital era has had a significant impact on social development.As the latest labor tool in the digital era,ChatGPT has displayed exceptional levels of machine intelligence and labor value,playing an important role in promoting the transformation of labor education concepts and methods,and reshaping the underlying logic and operational thinking of labor education in the digital era.To reshape the concept of labor education in the digital era,we should not only focus on the skills issue of"not being able to work",but also pay attention to the attitude problem of"not wanting to work."Not only should we emphasize practical education that engages the body,mind,hands,and brain,but we must also focus on instilling the philosophy of"happiness through labor".Not only should we strengthen the labor cooperation education of"collaboration between the human and machine",but also deepen the labor ecological education of"symbiosis between the human and machine".In terms of method application,we should continuously enhance the harmonious integration of ChatGPT's big data technology and virtual,augmented,mixed reality technologies in key aspects of digital labor education.In terms of path optimization,we should strengthen the educational nature of labor education,strengthen emotional and value identifi cation education on digital labor,and enhance the level of digital literacy in labor education in the digital era.
