2013至2022年深圳市卫生资源配置公平性分析

Health resource allocation equity analysis in Shenzhen from 2013 to 2022

目的:分析2013至2022年深圳市卫生资源配置公平性。方法:运用洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数及集聚度从卫生技术人员数、床位数及医疗卫生机构数3个方面,对2013至2022年深圳市卫生资源配置的变化趋势及公平性进行分析。结果:2013至2022年深圳市主要卫生资源数量呈上升趋势。2022年卫生技术人员数按常住人口数、地理面积和GDP配置的基尼系数分别为0.1554、0.3683和0.1635,床位数基尼系数分别为0.2683、0.4575和0.3008,医疗卫生机构数基尼系数分别为0.0715、0.2722和0.2057。除罗湖区、福田区外,其他行政区医疗卫生资源均处于相对不足状态。结论:2013至2022年深圳市医疗卫生资源按人口及GDP配置的公平性优于按地理面积配置。罗湖区、福田区卫生资源配置相对丰富。

Aim:To analyze the equity of health resources allocation in Shenzhen from 2013 to 2022.Methods:Lorentz curve,Gini coefficient and agglomeration degree were used to analyze the equity of health resource allocation of Shenzhen from 2013 to 2022,from 3 aspects including number of health technicians,number of beds and number of medical institutions.Results:The main health resources in Shenzhen showed increasing trend from 2013 to 2022.Gini coefficients of the number of health technicians allocated by resident population,geographical area and GDP in 2022 were 0.1554,0.3683 and 0.1635,respectively;Gini coefficients of the number of beds were 0.2683,0.4575 and 0.3008;and Gini coefficients of the number of medical institutions were 0.0715,0.2722 and 0.2057.Except Luohu District and Futian District,the health resources of other administrative districts were relatively lacking.Conclusion:From 2013 to 2022,the equity of Shenzhen′s health resources allocation by population and GDP is better than that by geographical area.The allocation of health resources in Luohu District and Futian District is relatively rich.
