摘要
介绍了某医院2018年10月至2023年1月智能床的应用情况,分析了使用智能床和使用普通床患者的住院科室、住院时间、跌倒/坠床预测评分、不良事件发生情况和满意度差异,总结了智能床的应用效果。梳理了智能床使用中存在的问题并提出了相关建议,为后续智能床的改进提供了参考。
The application of the smart bed in some hospital from October 2018 to January 2023 was introduced,and the patients using the smart bed were compared with those with the ordinary bed in terms of inpatient department,length of stay,fall/bed fall prediction score,occurrence of adverse events and patient satisfaction.The application effect of the smart bed was summarized.The problems during the application of the smart bed were analyzed,and some suggestions were put forward accordingly.References were provided for the improvement of the smart bed.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2024,45(7):77-80]
