人工智能嵌入高校思想政治工作的逻辑、挑战与实践路向

摘要 人工智能技术的深度嵌入,既给高校思想政治工作提供了机遇,也带来了一定的风险挑战。一方面,人工智能有助于识别大学生的个性化需求、提高思想政治教育工作方案的针对性、优化思想政治教育内容和增强思想政治工作的精准反馈;另一方面,在技术、媒介、交往场域也存在着主体性让渡、教育认同解构、主体间关系抽象等多重危机。基于此,提出了人工智能嵌入高校思想政治工作的实践路向:(一)凸显主体性:培育思政工作者从“智能”到“智慧”;(二)注重伦理塑造:滋养大学生从“自缚”到“自觉”;(三)构建师生精神共同体:促进师生交往关系从“抽象”到“理性”。 The embedding of AI(Artificial Intelligence)into ideological education in colleges and universities brings about both opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,it helps to identify the personalized needs of college students,improving the orientation of plans of ideological education,optimizing the content of ideological education,and promoting the precise feedback of the education.On the other hand,there exist multiple crisis in the fields of technology,media,and communication,which include the transfer of subjectivity,deconstruction of educational identity,and abstraction of inter-subject relations.Based on this,practice directions of embedding AI into ideological education in colleges and universities are put forward:(1)transferring the cultivation of ideological educators from“intelligence”to“wisdom”by highlighting their subjectivity;(2)transferring the cultivation of college students from“self-binding”to“self-awareness”by emphasizing ethical shaping;(3)transferring the promotion of teacher-student communication relationships from“abstract”to“rational”by building a spiritual community of teachers and students.
