社会工作嵌入高校班级管理的探索与实践

摘要 社会工作嵌入高校班级管理,能够有效克服传统班级管理模式存在的群体性管理多于个别化服务、缺乏以需求为导向的问题预测与干预方法、缺乏专业性就业与学业指导和缺乏班级自我管理等问题,在价值原则、理论视角和专业方法等方面具有明显优势。实践中,班级管理者采取“专业教师+班主任+社工”的管理模式,开展集体教育与个别辅导相结合的思想政治教育工作,将专业思维融入学生工作,促学、促赛、促就业,向学生输入自信,增权赋能。在开展专业教学和以需求为导向的专业服务时,将“用生命影响生命”的社会工作专业理念嵌入班级,增强了学生的自我效能感、专业认同感和社会责任感。 With obvious advantages in value principles,theoretical perspectives,and professional methods,the embedding of social work into class management in colleges and universities can effectively overcome some problems in the traditional class management,such as group management outweighing individualized management,and the lack of demand-oriented problem prediction and intervention methods,of professional employment and academic guidance and of class self-management.In practice,class managers adopt the management model of“professional teachers+class teachers+social workers”,carrying out ideological education which combines collective education and individual counseling to integrate professional thinking with student education.It will promote students’study,competition,and employment,instilling confidence in them.When conducting professional teaching and demand-oriented professional services,we should embed the professional philosophy of social work into class management,which will enhance students’sense of self-efficacy,professional identity,and social responsibility.
