智能时代职业院校教师专业发展:内涵、困境及行动路径

摘要 智能时代数字技术的革新推动了职业教育的发展。教师作为职业教育主体,其专业发展内涵包括高质量培养与促进全面发展的育人观、动态生成与可持续发展的课程观、融通“教、研、创”的行业实践观。人工智能技术赋能职业教育,职业教育的运行机制发生了质的变化,无论是育人本质、教学过程,还是实践实训教师均面临困境,即智能化在一定程度上削弱教师“价值引领”功能并催生教学中人的主体性危机,智能实训平台在一定程度上增加实践教学难度。树立以学生为中心的数字化转型教育观,共建“知行合一”的智慧课程体系、联通“三位一体”的行业实践链是职业院校教师摆脱上述困境的行动路径。 In the age of intelligence,the innovation of digital technology has promoted the development of vocational education.As the main body of vocational education,the connotation of teachers' professional development includes the concept of educating people with high-quality training and promoting comprehensive development,the curriculum concept of dynamic generation and sustainable development,and the industry practice concept of integrating “teaching,research and innovation”.Artificial intelligence technology enables vocational education,and the operation mechanism of vocational education has a qualitative change.Whether it is the essence of education,the teaching process or the practical training,the teachers are all facing dilemmas,that is,intelligence weakens the teacher's“value guidance”function and causes the crisis of human subjectivity in teaching to a certain extent.The intelligent training platform increases the difficulty of practical teaching to a certain extent.Establishing a digital transformation education concept centered on students,building a smart curriculum system of “unity of knowledge and practice”,and connecting the “three-in-one” industry practice chain are action paths for vocational college teachers to get rid of the above difficulties.
