数字赋能助力初中学校教师数字素养提升的策略与路径

摘要 数字时代数字技术飞速发展,推动教育数字化转型与发展。2024年政府工作报告在加强高质量教育体系建设部分指出,要大力发展数字教育。学校作为教育发展的主阵地,是教育数字化转型尤为重要的一环。教师作为教育数字化转型的主力军,其自身的数字素养是影响教育数字化转型成效的关键因素。初中学校应通过采取目标引领、制度保障、行动推进、技术支持、责任担当等有效策略,使教师从数字化意识、数字知识与技能、数字化应用、数字责任、专业发展等方面不断提升数字素养。 The rapid development of digital technology promotes the digital transformation and development of education in the digital age.The 2024 government work report points out that digital education should be vigorously developed in the part of strengthening the construction of high-quality education system.As the main position of educational development,school is a particularly important part of the digital transformation of education.As the main force of educational digital transformation,teachers' digital literacy is a key factor affecting the effectiveness of educational digital transformation.Junior middle schools should adopt effective strategies such as goal guidance,institutional guarantee,action promotion,technical support and responsibility to enable teachers to continuously improve their digital literacy from the aspects of digital awareness,digital knowledge and skills,digital applications,digital responsibility and professional development.
