职业教育数字化转型的意义、困境与育人路径

摘要 职业教育数字化转型能进一步强化高职院校育人能力,稳固保持高职院校高质量发展的核心竞争力。在新时代背景下,推进职业教育的数字化转型,不仅要深入分析教育资源短缺、服务对象局限等困境,而且还需要依托数字教育的特色,通过实施教育实训双轨并行机制、扩大教育服务对象范围等措施,精心构建数字化转型的框架,以深化教育创新为突破口,扩展职业教育数字化转型的育人新路径。 The digital transformation of vocational education can further strengthen the educational ability of higher vocational colleges and firmly maintain the core competitiveness of high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.In the context of the new era,promoting the digital transformation of vocational education not only requires in-depth analysis of the difficulties such as the shortage of educational resources and the limitation of service objects,but also relies on the characteristics of digital education by implementing a dual-track parallel mechanism of education and training,expanding the scope of educational service objects and other measures,so as to take deepening educational innovation as a breakthrough,and expand the new path of digital transformation in vocational education.
