职业院校实践教学质量评价体系构建研究

推进职业教育高质量发展,需要将发展高质量职业教育作为优化教育结构及培养技能技术人才的重要方式。要发挥“标准”在现代职业教育质量提升中的先导作用,持续推进实训建设标准、顶岗实习等工作的开展。实践教学作为我国高职教育的有机组成部分,是培育大国工匠及优秀人才的重要途径,亟须通过制定科学的质量评价体系予以支持。为此,职业院校应结合实践教学质量及其评价的内涵,明确其要素及问题,探索出以发展定位、教师培训及企业参与为主的构建策略。

To promote the high-quality development of vocational education,it is necessary to develop high-quality vocational education as an important way to optimize the educational structure and cultivate skilled technical talents.It is necessary to give full play to the leading role of “standard” in the improvement of the quality of modern vocational education,and continue to promote the development of training construction standards and on-the-job internships.As an organic component of higher vocational education in China,practical teaching is an important way to cultivate craftsmen and outstanding talents in a big country,and it is urgent to support it by formulating a scientific quality evaluation system.Therefore,vocational colleges should combine the connotation of practical teaching quality and its evaluation,clarify its elements and problems,and explore construction strategies mainly based on development positioning,teacher training and enterprise participation.
