产教融合是助力职业教育体制改革、探索多元校企合作模式及打造多样化人才培养方案的关键途径。充分发挥区块链技术的开放性、独立性、去中心化、安全性等优势,为推动职业教育产教融合提供了优质条件。针对区块链技术赋能产教融合的动因和耦合效应,高职院校应通过革新管理模式,推动多元主体合作;创新培养模式,提升职业教育质量;拓展合作模式,营造职教联盟生态等对策,进一步提升职业教育产教融合教育质量。

Production-education integration is a key way to assist in the reform of vocational education system,explore diverse school-enterprise cooperation models,and create diversified talent training programs.It gives full play to the advantages of openness,independence,decentralization and security of blockchain technology,and provides high-quality conditions for promoting production-education integration in vocational education.In view of the motivation and coupling effect of blockchain technology empowering production-education integration,higher vocational colleges should promote multi-subject cooperation by innovating management models;innovate training models to improve the quality of vocational education;expand cooperation models to create an ecosystem of vocational education alliances,so as to further enhance the educational quality of production-education integration in vocational education.
