工匠精神融入高职教育的人才培养体系,将深化职业人才教育成果转化,引领工匠精神成为职业人才职业发展的重要风向标。新时期高职教育改革发展,要基于工匠精神的融入,在有效分析工匠精神教育感知不强与环境渗透不足等问题的基础上,探究新时期职业人才工匠精神教育培养新需求,积极采用建立工匠精神培养教育体系、完善融合教育生态等路径,不断提升工匠精神对职业人才的教育影响力,为职业人才对工匠精神的传承夯实基础。
