摘要
基于中国式职业教育现代化特色的学徒制高质量建设,加速了我国职业人才的育人成果转化,增强了职业人才就业、创业发展核心竞争力。新时期职业教育发展体系建设,要在分析现代学徒制教育政策内容滞后、现代学徒制育人结构单一等基础问题的同时,探究现代学徒制教育发展新方向,通过优化教育政策、丰富育人结构等举措,不断提高现代学徒制人才培养综合能力,为中国式职业教育现代化特色的学徒制高质量建设做好铺垫。
Based on the modernization characteristics of Chinese-style vocational education,the high-quality construction of apprenticeship system accelerates the transformation of educational achievements of vocational talents in China,and enhances the core competitiveness of vocational talents in employment and entrepreneurship development.In the construction of the development system of vocational education in the new era,it is necessary to explore new direction of the development of modern apprenticeship education while analyzing the basic problems such as the lagging content of modern apprenticeship education policies and the single structure of modern apprenticeship education.By optimizing education policies and enriching education structures,it is necessary to continuously improve the comprehensive ability of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation,and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality construction of apprenticeship system with Chinese-style vocational education modernization characteristics.
