摘要
脚力、眼力、脑力、笔力是学术期刊编辑作为宣传思想工作队伍一员的必备能力。继续教育作为学术期刊编辑适应社会发展、实现专业成长的有效方式,有必要为学术期刊编辑增强“四力”提供创新方式。具体而言,针对学术期刊编辑的继续教育可通过调查研究增强编辑的脚力、跨学科主题学习增强编辑的眼力、问题式教学增强编辑的脑力、业务训练增强编辑的笔力。
The “Four Capacities” are the necessary abilities of academic journal editors as a member of the propaganda and ideological work team.Continuing education is an effective way for academic journal editors to adapt to social development and achieve professional growth.It is necessary to provide innovative ways for academic journal editors to enhance their “Four Capacities”.Specifically,continuing education for academic journal editors can enhance the editor's “footwork” through investigation and research,enhance the “eyesight” through interdisciplinary subject learning,enhance the “brainpower” through problem-based teaching,and enhance the “writing” through professional training.
