摘要
依托首钢焦化公司的焦炉煤气真空碳酸钾脱硫工艺,介绍了该工艺的流程及主要生产设备。根据已有生产经验,在工程设计和建设阶段进行工艺流程的改进。同时结合实际的生产情况,分析影响脱硫效率的因素,从而优化操作参数,使塔后硫化氢浓度保持在200 mg/m^(3)以下。
Based on the vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization process in Shougang coking Plant,the production process and main equipment are introduced in this paper.According to longproven experience,technical process has been improved during engineering and construction stage.In view of the actual production situation,the factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency are analyzed so as to optimize the operating parameters and keep H_(2)S concentration below 200 mg/m^(3)after the desulfurization column.
