生态视域下社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系构建

Construction of the Evaluation System of Social Sports Instructor Training Mode from the Ecological Perspective

以查尔斯·扎斯特罗的生态系统理论为基础,构建社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系,采用文献资料、专家访谈、专家咨询、层次分析等研究方法对生态视域下社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系构建进行研究。结果认为:一级指标中的微观系统,二级指标中的管理者能力、资金支持、培训者素养以及三级指标中的社会支持、实践素养、学习氛围、培训方向和组织能力在社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系中尤为重要,以此构建社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系具有客观性和科学性。

Based on the ecosystem theory of Charles Zastrow,the evaluation system of the training model of social sports instructors is constructed.This paper studies the construction of evaluation system of training model of social sports instructors from ecological perspective by using the methods of literature,expert interview,expert consultation and hierarchical analysis.The results show that the micro-system in the first-level index,the manager′s ability,financial support,trainer′s accomplishment in the second-level index,and the social support,practical accomplishment,learning atmosphere,training direction and organizational ability in the third-level index are particularly important in the evaluation system of the training model of social sports instructors,so it is objective and scientific to construct the evaluation system of the training model of social sports instructors based on such indexes.
