摘要
社区教育作为一种基于社区资源、服务社区居民、以提高居民综合素质为目标的教育形式,在中国得到了不断发展和推广。在社区教育高速发展的过程中,社区教育兼职教师队伍建设面临一系列问题,如师资力量不足、选聘制度不合理、培训体系不健全、激励机制不完善等,这些问题影响了社区教育的质量和可持续发展。从问题出发,深入分析社区教育兼职教师队伍建设存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,以期为社区教育兼职教师队伍建设的改进和提升提供参考。
Community education,as an educational form based on community resources,serving community residents,and aimed at enhancing the residents’comprehensive qualities,has undergone continuous development and promotion in China.However,in the rapid development of community education,the construction of a part-time teaching workforce faces a series of challenges,such as insufficient human resources,unreasonable recruitment systems,incomplete training systems,and inadequate incentive mechanisms.These problems affect the quality and sustainable development of community education.To solve these problems,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the construction of a part-time teaching workforce for community education and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The aim is to provide references for improving and enhancing the development of part-time teachers in community education.
