摘要
结合某混流电站长短叶片形式转轮叶片数量多、叶片间作业空间狭小、焊缝力学性能要求高的特点,通过采用长叶片单独装配焊接、短叶片穿轴卧放装配焊接来解决叶片间操作空间狭小的问题,并通过调整焊接材料与焊接工艺保证焊缝的焊接质量与力学性能。
Based on the characteristics of a mixed flow power plant with a large number of long and short blade form runners,narrow working space between blades,and high mechanical performance requirements for welds,the problem of narrow operating space between blades is solved by using separate assembly and welding of long blades and horizontal assembly and welding of short blades through shafts.The welding quality and mechanical properties of welds are ensured by adjusting the welding material and welding process.
