摘要
为克服深层渗碳薄壁零件因渗碳、淬火而导致的变形,通过工件结构设计和专用防变形装置设计,实现厚度方向两端面均能渗碳、淬火,使变形可控,确保硬化层均匀一致,提高零件的耐磨性,确保产品质量稳定可靠。
In order to overcome the deformation caused by carburizing and quenching of thin-wall parts with deep carburizing,through the design of work-piece structure and special anti-deformation device,both ends of the thickness direction can be carburized and quenched,and the deformation can be controlled,ensure uniform hardening layer,improve the wear resistance of parts,make product quality stable and reliable.
