Developing New Quality Productivity to Assist High Quality Development of Grain Warehousing

粮食安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,是保障经济发展、社会稳定和国家安全的重要基础。粮食储藏是粮食安全中的关键环节,把粮食储得好是满足老百姓吃得好、吃得健康需求中十分重要的一环。当前我国粮食仓储行业高质量发展已取得阶段成效,在理论研究、技术创新、成果转化、人才培养和平台建设等方面取得了大量的成果,科技创新能力显著提高,绿色低碳发展模式正在加速形成。但当前粮食仓储行业的发展仍受多种因素制约,高层次高水平人才缺乏,原创性储粮技术创新、关键核心技术攻关力度不够,数字化转型未全面推进,粮食储藏行业的转型升级仍然任重道远。结合当前粮食仓储行业的发展现状与挑战,分析了其发展新质生产力的重要意义和必要性,解析了粮食仓储行业新质生产力的内涵,以标准引领实现高质量发展、以人才为第一资源培养更高层次劳动者队伍、以科技创新与实践创造更高技术水平的劳动资料以及拓展更广范围的劳动对象等方面,探讨了加快发展粮食仓储行业新质生产力的实施路径。

Food security is an important component of national security and a crucial foundation for ensuring economic development,social stability,and national security.Grain storage is a crucial link in food security,and storing grain well is a crucial part of meeting the needs of the people for good and healthy eating.The high-quality development of China's grain storage industry has achieved phased results,with a large number of achievements in theoretical research,technological innovation,achievement transformation,talent cultivation,and platform construction.The ability for scientific and technological innovation has significantly improved,and the green and lowcarbon development model is accelerating its formation.However,the current development of the grain storage industry is still constrained by various factors,such as a lack of high-level talents,innovative original grain storage technologies,insufficient efforts in tackling key core technologies,and incomplete digital transformation.The transformation and upgrading of the grain storage industry still has a long way to go.Based on the current development status and challenges of the grain storage industry,this paper analyzes the important significance and necessity of developing new quality productivity,analyzes the connotation of new quality productivity in the grain storage industry,and explores the implementation path of accelerating the development of new quality productivity in the grain storage industry from the aspects of leading high-quality development with standards,cultivating a higher level workforce with talent as the primary resource,creating labor materials with higher technical levels through technological innovation and practice,and expanding a wider range of labor objects.
