体育文化赋能农民身体素养的逻辑关联与路径探索

Logical Correlation and Path Exploration of Physical Literacy Empowered by Sports Culture for Farmers

农民良好的身体素养是乡村振兴战略目标实现的重要基础和保障,在解析体育文化赋能农民身体素养结构的基础上,理论分析体育文化与农民身体素养建设目标的内在一致性和逻辑关联性。运用调查、实地访谈等方法,通过对农民认知、情感、行为、能力方面的调查,分析揭示农村长期形成的制度依赖使农民体育认知固化,农民体育自主性缺失,主动性削弱;体育文化变迁的张力拉伸出农村传统体育文化环境逐渐式微,农村失去提升农民身体素养的良好环境;家庭、学校忽视对学生身体素养的培养。针对存在的问题,探索提出设施供给保障力、教育育人创新力、政策落实执行力、传统体育精神传播力“四力”的体育文化赋能农民身体素养的提升路径。

A strong basis and assurance for the achievement of the strategic objective of rural rejuvenation is the physical literacy of farmers.On the basis of analyzing the structure of sports culture empowering farmers’physical literacy,this study theoretically analyzes the inherent consistency and logical correlation between sports culture and the construction goals of farmers’physical literacy.Farmers’sports cognition,emotion,behavior,and ability are investigated by surveys,field interviews,and other methods.The analysis reveals that the long-term institutional dependence in rural areas has solidified the awareness of sports among farmers,resulting in a lack of autonomy and a weakening of their initiative in sports;the tension of sports culture transformation has gradually weakened the traditional sports culture environment in rural areas,and the countryside has lost a good environment for improving the physical literacy of farmers;Families and schools neglect the cultivation of students’physical literacy.Explore a path of sports culture empowering farmers’physical literacy through the“four forces”in response to existing problems:ensuring adequate facility supply,fostering educational and pedagogical innovation,strengthening policy implementation,and promoting the dissemination of traditional sports spirit.
