摘要
姜黄素是从姜黄、莪术、郁金等中药中提取出的活性单体成分,具有多种药理作用且无明显毒性,现已开发出多种纳米制剂,具有广阔的临床应用前景。近年来,有研究发现姜黄素具有神经保护作用,有助于预防和治疗青光眼。本文总结了姜黄素及其纳米制剂在青光眼中的应用及药理机制,包括抗炎、抗氧化、抗缺血再灌注、抗纤维化、抗谷氨酸毒性和调节细胞自噬,可为今后青光眼的预防和治疗提供理论参考。
Curcumin,an active monomer extracted from Chinese medicines such as tur-meric,zedoary,and curcuma,exhibits multiple pharmacological actions and low toxicity.Various nanoformulations of curcumin have been developed,showing promising clinical application pros-pects.Recent studies have found that curcumin possesses neuroprotective properties,which may aid in the prevention and treatment of glaucoma.This paper summarizes the applications and phar-macological mechanisms of curcumin and its nanoformulations in glaucoma,including antiinflammatory,antioxidant,anti-ischemia-reperfusion,anti-fibrosis,anti-glutamate toxicity,and modulation of autophagy.These findings may provide theoretical references for the future preven-tion and treatment of glaucoma.
