基于拓扑识别的低压台区线损异常原因分析

摘要 低压台区直接与用户连接,数量巨大,现阶段由于接线复杂,拓扑缺失,中间节点缺乏量测点等问题,低压台区线损原因判定困难。提出一种基于拓扑识别的低压台区线损原因分析方法。利用变户关系识别结果判定是否存在户变关系错误影响;利用相户识别结果,判定是否存在三相不平衡和主干线问题影响;利用用户链路关系识别结果,判定是否存在分支线问题和用户窃电问题,并能定位可能存在问题的分支线。所提方法仅需要低压台区量测点的电压、电流、功率数据,利用低压拓扑连接关系,层层推导线损问题原因,将线损问题细化至用户和用户之间的分支线上,实现问题的精准定位,可有效减少运维人员的检修工作量。 The low voltage station area is directly connected to the user,and the number is huge.At present,it is difficult to determine the cause of line loss in the low voltage station area due to complex wiring,lack of topology,lack of measurement points of intermediate nodes and other problems.A method based on topology recognition to analyze the cause of line loss in low voltage station area is proposed.The identification results of the variable relationship are used to determine whether there is the influence of the variable relationship error.The consumer phase connectivity is employed to determine whether there is three-phase unbalance and the influence of the main line problem.The user link relationship is used to identify the results,determine whether there are branch line problems and user power theft problems,and can locate the branch line that may have problems.The method proposed only needs the voltage,current and power data of the measuring points in the low-voltage station area,and uses the low-voltage topological connection relationship to deduce the cause of the line loss problem layer by layer.The line loss problem is refined to the branch line between the user and the user,so as to achieve accurate problem positioning and effectively reduce the maintenance workload of operation and maintenance personnel.
