灭火器喷射性能测控平台的设计与应用

摘要 喷射性能是灭火器的关键性能之一,在对灭火器结构进行优化设计时,有必要构建灭火器测控平台对灭火器的喷射性能进行评估。在对灭火器测控平台进行总体设计的基础上,利用LabVIEW构建了灭火器喷射性能测控系统,设计了数据采集和处理装置对灭火器瓶的质量变化进行监测,搭建了运动控制装置来模拟实际使用时人手对压棒的按压过程。随后通过本测控平台能对灭火器的喷射滞后时间、有效喷射时间、喷射剩余率、有效喷射距离等性能进行分析。分析试验结果可知,影响灭火器有效喷射时间的主要因素是灭火器的充装压力值和喷嘴孔直径,一般因素是灭火器的喷管长度,而且喷嘴孔长度对灭火器的有效喷射时间的影响程度远小于充装压力值和喷嘴孔直径。为使得喷射时间更长,优选的灭火器参数:充填压力为1.2 MPa,喷嘴直径为2.3 mm,喷管长度为500 mm。 The spraying performance is one of the key performance of fire extinguishers.When optimizing the design of fire extinguisher structures,it is necessary to build a fire extinguisher measurement and control platform to evaluate the spraying performance of the fire extinguisher.On the basis of the overall design of the fire extinguisher measurement and control platform,LabVIEW is used to construct a fire extinguisher spraying performance measurement and control system,a data collection and processing device are designed to monitor the quality changes of the fire extinguisher bottle,and a motion control device is built to simulate the process of manual pressure on the pressure rod during actual use.Subsequently,through this measurement and control platform,the performance of the fire extinguisher,such as spraying delay time,effective spraying time,spraying residual rate,and effective spraying distance,can be analyzed.The analysis of experimental results shows that the main factors affecting the effective spraying time of fire extinguishers are the filling pressure value and nozzle hole diameter of the fire extinguisher.The general factor is the length of the fire extinguisher's nozzle,and the influence of nozzle hole length on the effective spraying time of the fire extinguisher is much smaller than the filling pressure value and nozzle hole diameter.To ensure a longer spraying time,the preferred parameters for the fire extinguisher:filling pressure is 1.2 MPa,nozzle diameter is 2.3 mm,and nozzle length is 500 mm.
